The Redevelopment Business Incubator Center is located at 1125 Fifth Street in City of Los Banos. The Center is a place where small businesses in the start-up phase can lease a small suite from the RDA at a reduced rate. Typically, businesses can stay at this location for approximately 6-9 months until they are sufficiently financially stable to move out to a larger location in the city. At this location, businesses may also use RDA general resources provided here, such as a copier, fax, computer, conference room and occasional training seminars.
