There are 835 acres within the City limits zoned for light to heavy industry; over 50 percent is vacant and available in parcels ranging in size from 1 to 200 acres. Included in this acreage total are two industrial parks, one of which offers newly constructed buildings designed for light industrial use with spaces ranging from 900 to 12,000 sq. feet per unit or built to suit up to 50,000 sq. feet.
