RESIDENTIAL (MONTHLY)

WATER: $15.18 Minimum base rate per month

(Allowance of 1,500 cubic feet per month)

+$ 1.17 Overage cost per 100 cubic feet

For multiple family units greater than three units on one meter: minimum rate plus $5.39 per unit.

WASTEWATER COLLECTION: $8.85 Flat charge monthly rate

for multiple dwellings or trailer parks with a common sewer: $8.85 + $8.85 per each unit in excess of one.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT: $3.85 Flat charge monthly rate

for multiple dwellings or trailer parks with a common sewer: $3.85 + $3.85 per each unit in excess of one.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL: $16.30 Curb or alley service - monthly rate

$27.62 Backyard pickup service - monthly rate

GREEN WASTE DISPOSAL: $6.17 Curb or alley service – monthly rate

$11.83 Backyard pick-up – monthly rate

DUMP CLOSURE FEE: $1.50 - monthly

DEPOSITS: $70.00 For new non-owner applicants

METER TESTS: $25.00 Deposit, returnable if meter registers over two percent more than actual flow.

LATE CHARGES: 15% charge of billing for water, wastewater collection, wastewater treatment, and garbage disposal.

DELINQUENCY ADMINISTRATION PROCESSING FEE: $35.00 for water, wastewater treatment, wastewater collection, and garbage disposal.

RETURNED CHECK FEE: $35.00

For meters less than 1" - $15.18 per month

For meters more than 1" to 1 1/2" - $18.47 per month

For meters more than 1 1/2" to 2" - $21.29 per month

For meters more than 2" to 3" - $24.31 per month

For meters more than 3" to 4" - $30.39 per month

For meters over 4” – the minimum monthly charge shall be as determined by the Public Works Department and the City Engineer

Allowance amount = 1,500 cubic feet per month any usage over 1500 cubic feet during a one month reading cycle will be charged at $1.17 per 100 cubic feet

WASTEWATER COLLECTION:

For hotels & motels $17.70 per month +

$4.36 per room with kitchen facility

$2.20 per room without kitchen facilities.

$ .39 per student per month

$ 8.85 for places of religious worship per month

WASTEWATER TREATMENT:

$ .65 per 100 cu ft of water used for standard industrial

$ .85 per 100 cu ft of water used for bakeries, restaurants, dry cleaning, motion picture theaters, packing sheds, and dry process dairy products.

$ 1.10 per 100 cu ft of water used for meat products

DEPOSITS: $70.00 For new non-owner applicants
