Background Information: Esparza and members of the Norteno criminal street gang started an altercation with a rival Sureno gang members. Esparza chased the rival gang member and attempted to stab him. Two of the suspects involved were arrested shortly after the incident. Esparza has not been located.
Fire Department Therman Image Stolen - $1,000 Reward





The Los Banos Fire Deptartment had a blue Bullard Thermal Imager,
serial #39704, in a yellow plastic suitcase with the letters 'LBFD'
stenciled on the outside in two inch letters. There are no suspects or evidence
in this case. The City is offering a $1,000 reward for the return of the thermal imager, arrest of the suspect, and conviction
of that suspect. Case #200719560.
Between July 19 and the first week of August the suspect pictured above used a stolen Pacific Pride gas card to take over $4,000 in gas from the Pacific Pride gas station at Mercey Springs and Pacheco in Los Banos. The suspect is believed to be a Hispanic Male adult approximately 5'-07" - 6' tall with short curly black hair. The vehicle appears to be a 90's model, white Dodge mini van.
