  • Wednesday, October 15, 2008 - A Public Hearing to receive public comment on amendments to the City of Los Banos' tree regulations ordinance, specifically Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Los Banos Municipal Code, Trees, Shrubs, and Plants.
  • Wednesday, October 1, 2008 - A Public Hearing to receive public comment on the City’s proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Update for Federal Fiscal Year 2008-2009. The City of Los Banos has established a DBE Program in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26.
  • Wednesday, September 10, 2008 - A Public Hearing will be held by the Los Banos Planning Commission to consider the Traffic Model prepared for the City of Los Banos by Prism Engineering Group, LLC. The Traffic Model will provide the City of Los Banos with the ability to update the long term traffic plan, and allow the City to assess traffic impacts from new development to pay for their proportionate share of these improvements.
  • Wednesday, September 3, 2008 - A Public Hearing will be held by the Los Banos City Council to consider approval of the Water, Storm, and Sewer Master Plans prepared for the City of Los Banos by Carollo Engineers. The updated Utility Master Plans will provide the City of Los Banos with the ability to fulfill the infrastructure needs for future development within the City.
  • Wednesday, September 3, 2008 - A Public Hearing will be held by the Los Banos City Council to consider a Use Permit for a Type 47 alcohol license to permit the on-sale of general alcohol in conjunction with a restaurant. The requested Use Permit is for Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar located at 1309 W. Pacheco Boulevard, more specifically described as a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number: 430-010-021.
