Citation Review Process:

1. A Citation Review form can be obtained from the Police Department lobby between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
2. Within 21 days of the citation, complete the Citation Review form, including your name, address, phone number, citation number, date it was issued, the cited vehicle’s license number, and all relevant facts pertaining to the citation.  
3. Return the Citation Review form to the Police Department Receptionist between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
